Dream About Space with Wooden Spaceship Kit from Kid Made Modern
Super Fun Confetti, Gem, Rock and Giant Crayons for Kids by Kid Made Modern
How fun do these Kid Made Modern crayons look? These are the rock crayons. There are also gem, confetti and giant crazy crayons. I tested out the standard Kid Made Modern markers and crayons and they had a diverse palette with vibrant colors and excellent lay down properties. These specialty crayons were no exception. They all colored really well and each were unique in their own way.

Create a Custom Haunted House
One of my favorite parts of Toy Fair is connecting with toy companies. This year I was able to connect with Kids Made Modern. What drew me to their company was their crayons, go figure. But then I found lots of amazing crafting kits.
With my kids home three days a week now it is the perfect thing for us. When my kids were smaller we used to go to Michaels Camp Creativity during the summer. At the camp they would have all the crafting supplies to make specific crafts. I loved it because my kids got to be creative, but I did not have to gather all the supplies. This is exactly what Kids Made Modern has done. They have gathered all the themed supplies in a kit for kids to unleash their creativity. I like it again because I do not have to go and gather all the supplies. I buy the kit and it is all there. And anything that can save me money right now is worth it!

How to Make Reports and Projects Fun

- Let them choose something they like. Do not choose it for them. My daughter chose artic foxes and the sun because she loves them both.
- Have some art supplies the kids can choose from. Again let the kids choose from what is available. This is what we had to choose from.
- Have books or internet sources available for them.
- Set aside a time and let them do their thing! If the kids need help, help them, but do not do it for them.

Crayola 64 Count Chalk Review
![]() |
| Picture taken by my daughter, she wanted to take a picture too and hers was better! |
The 64 count Crayola sidechalk box consists of the colors in the 48 box, Glitter Neon, Neon, and Tie Dye. I imagine some colors are repeated between the Neon and Neon Glitter. When we were looking at the chalk my daughter really loved the tie die colors. She thought it was neat how they were mixed. To see more detailed information including collecting information click here.

Here is the complete color list:
blue green, blue, goldenrod, red, cerulean, pacific blue, dandelion, scarlet, blue violet, cadet blue, yellow, red violet, indigo, cornflower, sunglow, violet red, violet, caribbean green, green yellow, red orange, purple mountains' majesty, sky blue, olive green, burnt orange, wisteria, sea green, spring green, brick red, lavender, fern, yellow green, mahogany, mauvelous, green, granny smith apple, orange, salmon, tan, peach, sunset orange, carnation pink, raw sienna, melon, macaroni and cheese, pink flamingo, burnt sienna, apricot, yellow orange, black, tumble week, gleamin' green, razzle dazzle red, gray, sepia, shocking pink sparks, atomic tangerine fire, timeberwolf, brown, super purple, laser lemon, white, chestnut, groovy bloovy, green scene
What do I think of the 64 count of Crayola chalk? To say I love it is an understatement. I love it because of all the different colors. I love Crayola chalk because it has such a smooth lay down on the pavement and lasts forever. We have used our 48 count box so many times, birthday parties, barbecues, summer fun and I would say the box if probably still half full. It lasts forever. The colors are super vibrant. The kids love colors because every color is different. It also washes away very well. I usually just wait for it to rain and it clears up by itself.
Here are some of the drawings my kids have done with sidewalk chalk. My son really likes blue.
