Find these at Walmart, Markers, Colored Pencils.
Color Information
The colors in the Fine Line Markers and Colored Pencils are similar. All the colors in the Markers even though it is a 10 count box are in the Colored Pencil box. It is interesting to note that all the colors in the Fine Line Markers are also in the colored pencils, but the only colors that are the same "color" on paper are the new colors. For example orchid in the pencil line is more purple than orchid color in colored pencil.

Crayola Create and Play Markers

In 2019 Crayola came out with the Crayola Create and Play app. These markers are a promotional box advertising that app. The box contents are the same as a normal box of markers, it is just the outside that is different. The title is a bit misleading because the app is not free, but there is a free trial. After that the app is a subscription and costs per month or year. I remember back in the day when apps only had to be paid for once, that was nice. Now the business model for apps is paid. We have the app and the kids like it. I have considered unsubscribing because they do not use it that much, but actually do art projects lots more. We limit screen time in our house. Here is my review of that app.

Up and Up School Supplies from Target

Up & Up are school supplies that are made by Target. I have the washable markers, #2 pencils and watercolors. There are more supplies such as crayons, glue, pencil sharpeners, index cards, colored pencils, pocket portfolios, construction paper, scissors, erasers, dry erase markers, compass/protractor, spiral notebooks, sticky notes, highlighters, mechanical pencils, binders, composition notebook, pocket folder, school caddies, paper trays, paint and marker pads, drawing paper, printer paper, drawing book, paper clips, legal pads, glue sticks, and zipper binders. They make a lot of stuff. Target often does this with many items. They have store brands. It is usually cheaper than the other brands. The quality is pretty good. I have bought up & up for my kids school supplies before. I also have a box of crayons, but I do not have a picture yet. I will post those when I get those taken.

I received the following items from Target. All opinions are my own. This blog post contains affiliate links.

Here is the color information for the markers. The watercolors are not named.

Review: Crayola Signature: Pearlescent Acrylic Paint, Cream Sticks, Paint Markers and Tri-Color Pencils

What Is New For Crayola Signature in 2019?
Crayola has come out with some really cool new Crayola Signature products for 2019. The pearlescent trend is big this year; pearlescent acrylic paint, cream sticks and paint markers. Each of these mediums work a little different. The acrylic paint works like regular paint. It is contained in a tube. The cream sticks work like Slick Stix and comes out like lipstick on the page. Once it dries it does not smear. Paint markers are paint in a marker. They come without ink in the tip. The marker must be shaken and then "pumped" by pushing the tip down over and over again much like the glitter markers.

Staedtler Pens-triplus fineliner

The Staedtler triplus fineliner porous point pens are one of our only sets of Staedtler products. It belongs to my husband. He swears by them. When he draws with them the work is so detailed and colorful. The ink comes out very vibrant and does not bleed through. The case is a hard durable plastic and angles back to hold the pens upright. I would love to get some more of these pens and color with them.

Crayola Scented Markers: What's Inside the Box

In 1993 Crayola came out with a line of Scented Markers. At the same time they were releasing a line of scented crayons, the Magic Scents. Crayola stopped making scented crayons a few years later until 2017 when they came out with the new Silly Scent line of Twistable crayons. Crayola has been making scented markers for a long time since. Even when they stopped making specific boxes they still included scented markers with Super Tips markers.

These boxes include many fun scents. The outdoor scents even include calamine lotion. Why anyone would want to smell that is beyond me, but that is what they put in.

10 Count Crayola Color Wonder Markers: What's Inside the Box

We love Crayola Color Wonder at my house.  We have the Planes, Cinderella, and a Mess Free coloring pages coloring books. I also just got some Crayola Color Wonder On the Go to review which I will be posting about in a few days. Color Wonder Mini Markers are markers that only color on color wonder paper.  They react with the paper to produce a color, but only with this paper.  The markers do no make a mess on anything else.  Earlier today my son was coloring with them and had the coloring book over his blanket. All of the sudden he said, "I got some marker on my blanket".  I told him that the color does color on his blanket.  He seemed to believe me after a while.  I think these will be a staple at our house for a while.

Crayola Stampers Markers: What's Inside the Box and History

I also recently was able get pictures for many historic Crayola MiniStampers markers. The Stampers started in 1994.  Stamping was big back then and I imagine Crayola wanted to get in on the trend.  In 1997 and 1998 Crayola introduced Stampers for all kinds of themes. Crayola made; expressions, space shapes, animal shapes, pet shapes, nature shapes, party, four seasons and fun shapes. It seemed Crayola was very excited about their expression line and made them for everything.  They probably cut back on them because they realized they had too many.  I am so excited to find this history for these markers.

I love the Crayola Stamper markers both the Shopkins ones and the mini Expression markers. These ones are both currently on the market. The markers have little stamps of different shapes on the tips of the markers. They add some really nice elements to artwork.  We used the mini Stampers on my daughters potty training chart when she was potty training.  She still keeps that chart under her bed and is super proud of it.  The Shopkins markers feature some of the classic Shopkins unique symbols including the S for Shopkins and the shopping bag.  There markers are a lot of fun and I definitely recommend them for anyone with kids, and they are washable!

Clinique Limited Edition Crayola Chubby Sticks Lipstick: What's Inside the Box

Today I found out that Clinique has partnered with Crayola to make a lipstick called Chubby Sticks.

I have always said that Crayola needs to make lipstick.  People have been trying to make Crayola crayons into lipstick for years. They have a chapsick, but no lipstick until now. Some of Crayola's crayons, like the Slick Stix remind me of lipstick.  And Clinique just so happens to be my favorite makeup brand.  It is a match made in heaven.  Janet Pardo was the developer from Clinique that developed the Chubby Sticks.  All the colors of lipstick besides Tickle Me Pink were existing Clinique colors.  I wonder how close the lipstick colors match the crayon colors. They came out with four different sets of chubby stick lipsticks. Now to get my hands on these! They are limited edition and only available until February.

Crayola Ultra-Clean Washable Markers Color MAX: What's Inside the Box

In 2014 Crayola came out with the Ultra-Clean Washable Markers ColorMAX.  I love washable markers and would recommend them all day.  My son usually colors with them and when he is done I grab a wet paper towel and wipe it up.  That easy.  I like all the different assortments of colors in the Bold, Bright, Classic and Tropical colors.  The best time of year to get these is during the Back to School sales.  They are so much cheaper.

Crayola Broad Line Markers: What's Inside the Box

Crayola has had broad line markers available for forever.  I love collecting markers, but they do not last forever and I have had to throw them away.  I bought these when Walmart was having their back to school special.  These markers are not waterproof.  I was surprised to look on the back and find out they were not.  Sometimes washable markers are not specified on the front like the Powerlines markers, but these ones have a stain advisement on the back.  I definitely will not let me children use these ones because I do not want them to stain anything. They may be useful for people that want a more permanent type marker.

Crayola Ultra-Clean Washable Fine Tip Markers: What's Inside the Box

In 2014 Crayola came out with a new line of markers and crayons called Ultra-Clean Washable ColorMax Markers. They still have the Washable markers available, but these markers sound like they are supposed to be even more washable and have more bright colors.  I love markers for kids.  They are so easy to use and so easy to wash.  I can not tell you how many times I have washed them, because it is not an arduous task, unlike taking crayon off the wall.  I still have some spots that need to be cleaned. I love fine line markers, they are so versatile and can be used for writing and for coloring.

10 Count Crayola Mighty Marks Markers: What's Inside the Box

I found out about the Crayola Mighty Marks markers on Instagram.  Instagram is a very useful tool to find out about new products out on the market.  There are people that will find them and then post them for the rest of the world to see.  I have gotten a couple good "dollar" store finds this last summer that way.  I was able to collect the entire series of Pip-Squeaks in Disguise for a fraction of the cost, one dollar a piece instead of four dollars a piece.  I found these markers on someone's feed.  And it turns out they got them at Dollar General.  I have never been inside a Dollar General before.  It was so fun to venture in.  They had a lot of Crayola products there that had been miniaturized to accommodate the lower cost. I stopped myself from buying everything. These markers were not a dollar but two dollars a piece. They a fine tip marker, way cute and small, a lot smaller than I thought.  They are barely big enough to fit the Crayola logo on the marker. The really cool thing about them is they have all the specialty sets, neon, gel and scented.

I love everything about these markers, the boxes are really cute and feature the color names, something I love.  The neon box only contains 8 unique color names because the blue and the pink are repeats.  How hard would it have been to throw in two more colors?

10 Count Crayola Power Line Scented Markers: What's Inside the Box

The Crayola Power Lines Scented Project Markers can draw very thick lines, but they can be used to draw thin lines too. Even though it is not emphasized on the front of the package these markers are washable.  And to add to it they are scented too!  Double win.  I really hope that this means Crayola is making it's way back into the scented market and some scented crayons appear soon.

These markers are really nice and have a very nice wrapper on printed on the outside, in color.  They also feature all the names of the markers, something Crayola does not always do and drives me crazy when they do not. I am really excited for these markers.

Crayola Color Switchers and Over Writers Markers: What's Inside the Box

The Crayola Over Writers and  Color Switchers markers are really cool markers that can change colors with a special over marker. Part of the hard things with coloring is the whole light versus dark especially with markers.  When coloring the lighter color has to be colored in first and the darker color colored around it. It is very hard to put a light color on top of a dark color. With these markers words can be drawn in dark colors, suns added to the sky, lines drawn for patterns, the possibilities are endless.

This blog post contains affiliate links.

Both the OverWriters and the Color Switchers operate on the same principle, but have different descriptions. The OverWriter Markers consist of "over" colors which replace the "under" colors.  The Color Switchers have a "secret, hidden color".  "When you lip flip the marker and apply the special color switcher, watch the magic begin". The difference is the Over Writer Markers can be use interchangeably, but the Color Switchers can not. They have to be used with the certain undercolor since they are attached to one another.

10 Count Crayola Classic Fine Tip Markers: What's Inside the Box

I know I say this a lot, but the Crayola Classic Fine Tip Markers are really one of my favorite Crayola products. I love the Fine tip markers and probably have about 5 of these boxes I love them so much.  I used to write everything with them.  I love how they just glide on a page, but produce a very thin line.

This blog post contains affiliate links.

I love Crayola markers, but I do not collect them as much because they have a shorter shelf life than other Crayola products.  The ink dries up.  The collecting world does not collect them either and sadly there is not a lot of history on the Crayola markers.  I hope to alleviate this problem with everyone's help, find all the boxes of markers out there and have a database with all the box names and marker colors.
