30 Special Edition Sharpie Permanent Markers

I do not know how this is my very fist Sharpie post EVER because I LOVE sharpies. But it is. This is the 30 Count Sharpie pack. There are 15 Fine Point Permanent Markers and 15 Ultra Fine Point Permanent Markers. The colors are included on the back of the box. If you know me you know I love when they include colors. I can not wait to use these markers to color. Sharpie ink is super bright and absorbent. These markers will bleed. It is best to color on top of something perishable or not important because it will be bleed through.

Crayola Pencil Tin, 30 Count: What's Inside the Box

The 30 count colored pencils with Crayola Pencil tin came out in 2016 in conjunction with the Crayola Pencil Locker, Creative tools and Dynamic Duos. This series features a container and art supplies that are related. Like the Pencil Locker the Pencil Tin features 30 bright colors. The difference between the two is the packaging and pencil type. The Pencil tin features short pencils in two boxes and the Pencil Locker features dual sided colored pencils. I personally like the dual sided colored pencils better. But this tin was super cool so I had to get it. This tin also features a sharpener to sharpen the colored pencils.

Now I am only missing the Creative Tools set from this series which features, pipsqueaks, crayons, colored pencils and a sharpener.

15 Count Crayola Pencil Locker Dual Tip Colored Pencils: What's Inside the Box

I saw these Crayola Pencil Locker dual tip colored pencils on a date night with my husband at Target. They came out in 2016. We walked into the Target Crayola aisle, which I do whenever I go to a store with Crayola products and it was reset.  And even better there were new products! I was super happy.  I saw these pencils sitting there and instantly grabbed them up.  And then I noticed that they were dual ended.  I love dual ended pencils.  I have a box called blenders and basics that I absolutely love so I knew I would love these too.  Dual ended colored pencils are some of my favorite colored pencils. The blenders and basics feature colors that are lighter than the opposite color. These pencils feature colors that would look good when colored side by side. Most of them are not the same color family, but complimentary colors.

Crayola Twistables Colored Pencils with Color Alive: What's Inside the Box

I mostly bought the Crayola Twistables colored pencils this year because of the new color alive inserts in both of them.  I do not normally buy the new boxes of the classic colors because there are so many and I like to focus the storage space I have on the specialty sets, but this year I was excited to get Color Alive coloring book sheets. I do wish I had more of the classic colors, or at least their style and code numbers, to better tell the story of Crayola.  I plan on putting all the ones I have online in the near future. I plan on using them with my kiddos, making a copy of it and having them color it over and over.

I love the new box design for the Twistables, they were in a plastic packaging before, but they have changed to the standard colored pencils packaging.  I like the colors and swirl design on the twistables, the colored pencils are black.  What I do not like is that they do not have the color names on them anymore :( I really like color names to be on the writing instrument. It appears to be the first year this particular 18 count box is being sold (I think it was the addition of the fluorescent colors), and for the 30 count box, it appears there are at least 12 other prior boxes.
