96 Count Crayola Crayons

The 96 count Crayola box of crayons is ideal for kids and adult to color with. I love the number of crayons inside the box. It gives a great variety of colors. It comes with 6 sleeves of crayons and many of the standard Crayola crayons. This box is a little different than most because it contains some gel fx and metallic crayons. I will post some more boxes that will have the standard crayons in the box. Check out the crayons that come in the 64 crayon box and 120 crayon box.

Crayola Promotional 4 Count Boxes: What's Inside the Box

Crayola makes promotional boxes for different reasons. Sometimes they are for promoting a contest or event like Dandelion's retirement, samples of new crayons, a themed set like this one from 2014 or company sponsors. The Construction Paper crayons, Gel FX crayons, Washable crayons and Metallic crayons. These crayons were given out as samples of new crayon boxes around the same time these boxes were debuted. The Construction Paper crayons came out in 1998, the Gel FX crayons came out in 2001, The Metallic crayons came out in 2000. These boxes were probably given out to promote those crayons.

Crayola Gel Markers and Gel FX crayons: What's Inside the Box

I love coloring on black and dark paper, and these Crayola Gel markers and Gel FX crayons make it super easy to do. When the strokes made on paper with the marker dry, the color lightens.  This process can be seen visually and is very fun for kids to watch. The Gel FX markers and crayons came out in 2001 and the markers are still being in 2015.

Top markers by Stacy Hodges.

I am so excited to also feature the crayon box from Stacy Hodges crayon collection.  We found each other on the facebook group and she has a lot of Crayola products I do not have and has taken some pictures to share. I am so excited to feature some of her collection on the website along with mine!  I wish I had some of my own crayons to try out, it sounds like they would be really fun to color with on dark paper.
