Crayola Mixing Mediums Paint: What's Inside the Box

In 2016 Crayola came out with Washable Mixing Mediums Kids Paint. They have been selling individual bottles of paint in Target and Michaels for a few years now. There are some glitter type paints and regular paints. With the Washable Mixing Mediums paint kids can add their own effects to the paint. I know that my kids will love this. It comes in Pearlescent, Texture and Glitter effects. The effect paint is non colored and can be added to any paint.

Crayola Paint Brushes: What's Inside the Box

I bought the Crayola Paint Flat brushes to go with the Crayola paint we have because my son loves to paint! We ended up not needing them right now and using some others because I bought another paint kit at Target that had brushes in it too that was on clearance.  I love the different sizes of the paint brushes. These ones are flat and will produce smooth lines when used. The side of the brush can be used for detail work.  It is useful to have the different sizes to do different sized brush strokes.

Crayola Project Paint

I bought this Crayola Project Paint when it was on sale at Target.  I love the vibrant color and the fact it is not washable.  It is nice to have some permanent paint for lasting projects.

24 Count Crayola Washable Watercolors: What's Inside the Box

Crayola has been making Watercolors for years. The colors are super bright and easy to use. My daughter loves to paint so we bought these Crayola watercolors for her. She is better at water coloring than me. We have not given them to her yet, but will for some birthday or holiday.  These watercolors have been around for years.  We have used them before and love them.

5 Count Crayola Paint Brush Pens: What's Inside the Box

The Crayola Paint Brush pens come in red, yellow, green, sky blue, purple. There are other colors, but you have to buy a large pack to get those colors. I have seen the Crayola Paint Brush Pens for a while now, but decided to buy them finally.  We love them. These pens are marketed as a paint brush pen, but the patent is the one that applies to markers.  They are really markers with a long flexible tip, which is really cool.  It is nice to use for calligraphy and lettering applications. We really like them and wish they were available in more colors.

Crayola Washable Kids Paint: What's Inside the Box

Crayola has been making Washable paints for a long time.  I love using them for my kids projects.  While I really like using acrylic paints, they are super messy with kids, these paints are washable and come off very easily. Acrylic paint will come out generally if caught before it dries, if not it does not come out very easier.  I was super surprised and excited to find this display at Michael's that had 34 individual paints.  I of course wanted to buy them all, but that was not feasible.  I picked out my favorite or my daughters favorite the glitter series. It also comes with a matching clear carrying caddy which I also bought and love and my daughter promptly claimed to use for her colored pencils.  I have a feeling I will have to get another one to store other supplies. I love clear containers.

I like the individual bottles better.  If the bottles from the 6 or 10 back get separated which is bound to happen with kids, it will be easier to remember what the color name of the paint is.  I hope Crayola sells paints like this for years to come. Crayola also sells Tempera and Acrylic paints, which I did not own.  They are not washable, but I am excited to try them out someday for some more permanent projects.
