Crayola Colors of the World Crayons: Color List

It is always an AMAZING DAY when I find out there are new crayons from Crayola. Today I learned about the Colors of the World crayons. These are 24 new specially formulated crayons. They are designed to mirror and represent over 40 global skin tones. These crayons are a major expansion on the Multicultural crayons.

Crayola worked with Victor Casale, formerly Chief Chemist and Managing Director, R&D of MAC cosmetics and Cofounder and Chief Innovation Officer of Cover FX and currently CEO of MOB Beauty. He worked with Crayola for more than eight months to develop these crayons. Casale says, “Growing up, I remember mixing the pink and dark brown crayons to try and make my shade, so I was thrilled when Crayola asked for my help to create the Colors of the World crayons.”

Here is a picture of the crayon colors. The side panels will serve as color references. Each crayon is wrapped in a gradient skin tone label. They will come in a 24 and 32 count pack in July. The 32 count crayon pack will be sold exclusively at Walmart and will include four hair and four eye color crayons. The 24 count will be available on Crayola.com. I can not wait to get my hands on them!
