This year in 2025 Crayola decided to bring back 8 retired colors. They built a Limited Eiditon campaign on these colors. They held special events in NYC which I attended and all the crayons had personalities and stories of thing they have been doing since they retired. Crayola has been making a lot of merch to go along with the limited edition release including; caboodles, Amtrack Train wrappings, Jones sodas and probably more to come. The colors included; mulberry, orange red, danelion, lemon yellow, magic mint, blizzard blue, violet blue, and raw umber. There is a lot of history with these crayons we will cover in this blog post.
Here is a box they sent me as a speical promotion for the crayons returning. This blog post contains affiliate links.
