Elmer's Washable Disappearing Purple School Glue Sticks

Elmer's Washable Disappearing Purple School Glue Sticks have been a staple for years and is a staple in our house. It can be used with school projects, paper, decorations, artwork, fabric and to mount pictures. It is acid free and photo safe. It washes easily off hands and out of clothes.

The best way to use it is to spread glue evenly on one surface and combine the surfaces and press down. If a stronger bond is desired it can be used on both surfaces.

Elmer's glue does get all over surfaces when kids use it. I wash our table once a week when the kids have used it. I use Formula 409 and squirt the surface and let sit for 1-5 minutes. The surface will turn purple, but it will wash away.
