Crayola Ultra-Clean Washable Markers Color MAX: What's Inside the Box

In 2014 Crayola came out with the Ultra-Clean Washable Markers ColorMAX.  I love washable markers and would recommend them all day.  My son usually colors with them and when he is done I grab a wet paper towel and wipe it up.  That easy.  I like all the different assortments of colors in the Bold, Bright, Classic and Tropical colors.  The best time of year to get these is during the Back to School sales.  They are so much cheaper.

Crayola Broad Line Markers: What's Inside the Box

Crayola has had broad line markers available for forever.  I love collecting markers, but they do not last forever and I have had to throw them away.  I bought these when Walmart was having their back to school special.  These markers are not waterproof.  I was surprised to look on the back and find out they were not.  Sometimes washable markers are not specified on the front like the Powerlines markers, but these ones have a stain advisement on the back.  I definitely will not let me children use these ones because I do not want them to stain anything. They may be useful for people that want a more permanent type marker.

Crayola Ultra-Clean Washable Fine Tip Markers: What's Inside the Box

In 2014 Crayola came out with a new line of markers and crayons called Ultra-Clean Washable ColorMax Markers. They still have the Washable markers available, but these markers sound like they are supposed to be even more washable and have more bright colors.  I love markers for kids.  They are so easy to use and so easy to wash.  I can not tell you how many times I have washed them, because it is not an arduous task, unlike taking crayon off the wall.  I still have some spots that need to be cleaned. I love fine line markers, they are so versatile and can be used for writing and for coloring.

Crayola Star Wars Millennium Falcon Art Kit: What's Inside the Kit

Crayola and Star Wars came out with a bunch of crayons and art sets to welcome the new movie, The Force Awakens.  I picked up everything I could find because I am a major fan of Star Wars, I have been since I was a little girl.  I found this Crayola Millennium Art Kit at Target.  There are a bunch of coloring pages inside and origami directions to make the Millennium Falcon.  I copied it on my printer and made a couple. The pages are very nice also.  I am a little disappointed there were not any from the new movie, but they released the Art Kit before the movie was released so I can see why.  I hope they come out with another or some updated pages because Rey is my favorite!

Crayola Pick Your Pack Coloring Books

In 2012 Crayola tested the market with Pick Your Pack crayons.  In 2014 the last year they have come out with new boxes they introduced three coloring books only sold at Target; Glitter & Shimmer, Rainbow Magic and Dino Treasure.  These books were very hard to find, I had to check about 3 Targets to find them. I am so happy to have them in my collection.  They are not selling them anymore and they go perfect with the crayon boxes.

Here is a little trivia, Metallic Magic and Super Heroic were never sold as Pick Your Pack boxes, but they have a Pick Your Pack symbol on the bottom left on the coloring books.

I fell in love with the Crayola Glitter Washable Sidewalk chalk the first time I saw it. And when it went on sale at the end of the season I picked up two boxes, one for me and one for my kids to use this spring and summer.  I can not wait til it gets warm and we can go outside and use it.  The box is really nice for collecting and the colors come in clear plastic wrap making it very easy see the colors, but also collect them and look at them.

Crayola My Way Review

Crayola is ready to join the newest internet craze by personalizing crayon boxes! Crayola My Way is a site where customers can personalize 8 count boxes, 64 count boxes, and art sets. Crayola first tested a form of personalized crayons in 1990's. They had a contest for choosing new color wrapper names. This is where names like purple mountains majesty, denim, shamrock, and macaroni and cheese came from. They loved it so much, they ran more contests, State Crayon namesFacebook crayon wrapper names and many more.  Currently at the Crayola Experience guests can customize crayon wrapper names.  But Crayola My Way is the first time customers can personalize a Crayola crayon box. I was so excited when Crayola contacted me to do an honest review of this product. I was able to pick out some boxes of my very own to design and here they are.

Crayola My Way: What's Inside the Boxes

These are the Crayola My Way personalized crayons boxes.  I wrote a whole review here. This post is going to focus on what what is inside the box and what they mean to the collecting world.

I received one or more of the products or services in this post below for free. I am providing my honest review of the items.
What do these boxes mean for the world of crayon collecting?  In the world of crayon collecting there are two main type of collectors, those that collect individual crayon colors and ones that collect all the crayon boxes out there.  I lean toward the second group of people, but specialize in the specialty crayon boxes, because I would not have space to collect them all nor the money.
